These are the General Terms and Conditions of Gloves by Pia, located at Den Haag, Papestraat 12,2513 AW Den Haag.
2514 HP. KVK NR. 27314464. BTW NL 1156.24.584.B02. These General Terms and Conditions shall apply to all purchases and sales agreements entered by Gloves by Pia and its customers through the website. By checking the accept box you agree to their contents.
Purchases
You can place an order by clicking on the desired items on the website, which will place them in the basket. If needed you can add changes. After filling in the Order Form you can push purchase. After which you will be transferred to a secure environment tot finalize the final transaction. This will complete your order. You receive an e-mail with a confirmation of receipt. The sale and purchase agreement shall be completed upon this e-mail.
Gloves by Pia reserves the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason.
Prices
Prices listed on the website include VAT, but does not include shipping costs.
Changes in prices do not affect the sum payable in a concluded sale and purchase agreement as confirmed by Gloves by Pia e-mail. Gloves by Pia shall not be bound to deliver any orders that were placed on the basis of incorrect information that was displayed on the website.
Information on the website
Gloves by Pia does not accept any liabilities regarding certain links who give access to sites and sources of information that are exploited and maintained by third parties.
Customs and import duties
Any customs or import duties and/or local taxes shall be for the account of the customer. They are not included at the price.
Payment in euro
Payment is only accepted in euro. At the order form you will find our payment methods. Payment by creditcard wil be validated by the creditcard issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we shall contact you. The delivery will be postponed. Gloves by Pia shall not be liable for any misuse of this data by third parties.

Delivery
For delivery of your purchases Gloves by Pia is dependent to their suppliers. After receipt of your payment, we usually send the purchases within seven working days. Gloves by Pia shall not be liable in any way for undeliverable goods due to incorrect entry of the delivery address.
Returns
I you prefer to return or change the product, you can return the new (unused) product, including original packaging and tags. Please mail the return request to info@glovesbypia.com. After our approval you can return the product.
Return or change is only allowed within seven days after delivery.

Privacy
The information you provide through the website will only be used to process your order an to inform you, if desired, of Gloves by Pia and its products.
Liability
Gloves by Pia shall never be liable for any loss of profits or goodwill or any other consequential damages. Gloves by Pia’s liability towards the purchaser shall be limited to the amount of the purchase price.
The law of the Netherlands shall apply with any dispute related to a purchase and sale agreement by Gloves by Pia.
